Do Not Share Personal Information:
PrintFix.ie will never e-mail or call you to ask you to disclose or verify your PrintFix.ie password, credit card or bank account number. Credit card security
We take online security extremely seriously and have taken rigorous precautions to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.
We don’t hold sensitive payment details about our customers. When you input your card details during shopping or into your account area, the card processor retains all the information about your card and only issues PrintFix.ie with a unique token identifier. This token then allows us to process the cost of your order against your card. It also allows us to issue refunds or process, for example, backorder charges. We don’t have access to your complete card details.
We also have a rigorous audit program, involving independent and regular assessment of our infrastructure and processes to ensure that they meet, and continue to meet, the requirements laid down by the Payment Card Industry Standards.
Please be aware that in the interests of credit card security you may be contacted prior to the dispatch of your order with a request for additional information.
Privacy policy
Under the Irish Data Protection Act 1988. and amended by the Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you’ve given us. When you make an online order, we need to know your name, email address, credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and associated details. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you about your order status. We also require a telephone number in case we need to contact you. Your number may be shared with our courier in order to help with the delivery of your goods. PrintFix.ie offers the ability for IRISH customers to receive SMS messages when their order is placed on a tracked service. Telephone numbers will be shared with couriers for the sole purpose of informing you about the progress of your order.
You have trusted us by giving us these details and we promise not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about the products and services of PrintFix.ie. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request you to answer security questions or provide proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
We always wish to improve the service we provide to you and therefore you may receive an invite to give us feedback by survey, telephone calls may be recorded or monitored and incoming and outgoing emails monitored and used for training purposes.
